"Hey I'm 5'5 and about 130 w/ a BMI about 21. I would really like to be 110-115. I run at least every other day. Mostly I would like to lose thigh fat. Any tips?<3 thanks"

you can’t spot reduce, sadly. good for you for working out though! all you need to do now is make some dietary changes. eat healthy, cut out all the crap like soda or processed food. drink a lot of water and maybe try lifting weights so that your metabolism doesn’t drop. I’d also recommend doing some leg lifts to help tone your thighs, but otherwise you are good (:
